\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0An Act to repeal certain existing written laws which are no longer desirable or which as a result of constitutional changes or by operation of the law, have become obsolete and ceased to be of practical utility or have had their full effect.<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

<\/a>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Short title.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0This Act may be cited as the Law Revision (Miscellaneous Repeals) Act, 2001.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

<\/a>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Repealed laws.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The written laws specified in the<\/p>\n

{mprestriction ids=”1,2,3″}<\/p>\n

Schedule to this Act are repealed.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

<\/a>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Saving.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Notwithstanding section 2, nothing in this Act shall deprive any person of any right or absolve any person from any liability or obligation accrued to or incurred by that person under any of the laws repealed by this Act, at any time before the coming into force of this Act.<\/p>\n
